Class Policy & Booking Information

As a small business, my policies are designed to ensure every student has a positive experience. These guidelines help me to manage class sizes, ensure a clear booking process, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality for everyone on the mat.


Monthly Saver Rate – Commit & Save

  • £7.00 per class, paid in advance at the start of the month

This is the best-value option, offering a discounted rate of £7 per session. It’s perfect for building a consistent yoga practice and saving money. By booking your sessions in advance, you not only save but also guarantee your mat space.

  • How it Works: Simply commit to the number of classes you will attend in a month and pay for those sessions in advance at the start of the month. You only pay for the specific number of sessions you can commit to in advance. For example, if you can only attend 3 of 5 sessions, your payment is 3 x £7.00 = £21.00.
  • Booking & Payment: Your payment is due via bank transfer at the start of the month, before the first class of the month. Your advance payment secures your spot and is non-refundable. Please note that sessions cannot be carried forward and will expire on the date of the last class of the specified month.
  • Flexibility: I do not expect you to pay for sessions you know you cannot attend. Please only book and pay for the number of sessions you are able to commit to for that month.
  • This payment is for your commitment to those specific sessions in a month and is non-refundable. I cannot transfer or carry forward missed sessions to a later month.

Pay-As-You-Go

  • £8.50 per class, paid on the week or day of class.

This is the most flexible option. It’s perfect for when your schedule is unpredictable or you simply want to try a class without any commitment.

  • Booking & Payment: To guarantee your space, please pre-book and pay via bank transfer. You may also be able to pay on the day, but please note that only bank transfer is accepted—I do not carry cash or a card reader.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens. However, to respectfully manage class attendance and my small business, I have a clear cancellation policy.

  • All payments for both monthly and drop-in sessions are non-refundable.
  • Missed Class Options: In the event that you are a monthly booking student and must miss a session due to an unforeseen circumstance, you have two options, provided you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice:
    • 1. Class Credit: You will be given a class credit to carry over and use for a session in the following month.
    • 2. Gift to a Friend: You may gift your class to a friend. A health form must be completed by the new attendee before the session.
  • Class Cancellation by Instructor: In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a class, you will be given the option of a full refund or a class credit to carry over to the following month.

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are my top priorities.

  • Every individual attending class is required to complete a health form prior to their first session.
  • It is your responsibility to update me on any changes to your health information, either via email or by completing a new form. I will also request an annual review and update of this information each July.
  • This health screening ensures that the activities you take part in are safe, effective, and appropriate for you.
