“After my first class back post lockdown, my wife and puppy came to meet me outside the Minster. I had been tense for a number of weeks but after that hour with Claire I was so relaxed I actually dribbled saliva onto the road when I bent down and spoke to greet my dog. Yucky image I know but it really told me how the class had helped with how I had been feeling. I find the hour of Claire’s class to be the most relaxing hour of my week and I know the poses are supporting my physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, which doesn’t quite happen in the same way with a nap on the sofa. There is definitley something to be said for Yoga and for Claire’s presence in the room when teaching. Thank you Claire for returning after lockdown. I know the pandemic has been really tough for small businesses. You are needed and are providing a wonderful experience in your classes.”
