I want you to feel completely settled before attending. Your initial session is free, offering you the time to pause, meet me, and genuinely experience our supportive, slow-down environment to ensure it feels right. …and feel the difference a regular practice can make.

Whether you’re taking your first yoga steps or you’re an experienced student, you’ll find a friendly and welcoming space to connect, stretch, breathe, and find calm. This is your local class, designed for every body.

Pricing

Following the free taster session on October 15th, you have two flexible pricing options to continue your practice:

  • Drop-In: £8.50 per class
  • Monthly Saver: £7.00 per class (a saving of £1.50 per class!)

I’ll also send you a short health form to complete before your first session (don’t worry, I also carry paper copies to class) and details for a bank transfer to confirm your spot.

What to Expect – Yoga for a Stronger You

Expect a well-rounded approach to strength and mobility in this balanced hatha class. By combining foundational poses with a focus on stability, I’ll help you feel stronger and more mobile in your daily life.

This practice is designed to help you build resilience, ease common physical discomfort, and find a sense of balance for your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll work at your own pace in a supportive environment, focusing on personal growth and the body-mind connection rather than advanced postures. While the class is always accessible, I provide variations and opportunities for more experienced yogis to deepen their practice.

It’s a great way to:

  • Build resilience and feel stronger in your daily life.
  • Ease common physical discomfort.
  • Find balance for your body, mind, and spirit.
  • Focus on personal growth rather than advanced postures.

Finding the Community Centre & Parking

The class is held in the spacious and light-filled main hall of the Beeford Community Centre. The hall is easy to find, located just off Main Street.

There is ample free parking available in the car park directly in front of the building, and also on the street. It’s a convenient location for residents of Beeford, Leven, North Frodingham, and surrounding areas.

What to Bring

To make your practice as comfortable as possible, please bring the following:

  • A yoga mat: Please bring your own mat.
    Water: Staying hydrated is important.
    A blanket or warm layer: This can be useful for comfort during relaxation at the end of class and for extra padding under your knees or joints.
    Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.
    Optional Items: If you have them, you may also find that props such as yoga blocks or a strap are helpful for bringing the floor closer to you and making poses more accessible.
