What to Expect – Yoga for a Stronger You
Expect a well-rounded approach to strength and mobility in this balanced hatha class. By combining foundational poses with a focus on stability, I’ll help you feel stronger and more mobile in your daily life.
This practice is designed to help you build resilience, ease common physical discomfort, and find a sense of balance for your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll work at your own pace in a supportive environment, focusing on personal growth and the body-mind connection rather than advanced postures. While the class is always accessible, I provide variations and opportunities for more experienced yogis to deepen their practice.
It’s a great way to:
- Build resilience and feel stronger in your daily life.
- Ease common physical discomfort.
- Find balance for your body, mind, and spirit.
- Focus on personal growth rather than advanced postures.
Finding the Recreation Hall & Parking
The class is held in the spacious and light-filled main hall of the Leven Recreation Hall. The hall is easy to find, located just off East Street.
There is ample free parking available in the car park directly in front of the building, and also on the street. It’s a convenient location for residents of Beeford, Leven, North Frodingham, and surrounding areas.
